This refurbishment of a 1930's warehouse in Clerkenwell seeks to improve the existing façade and remodel the internal layout, focusing on many of the original key details to revive the original spirit of the Art Deco building.
Reconstructing the ground floor entrance will allow for a more inviting double height space. In the office spaces above we are exposing existing historic industrial features and materials to create an authentic, light filled environment.
A new atrium to the rear of the building will provide additional contemporary work space with external terraces offering amenity spaces to offices on 3 levels.
