36-38 Berkeley Square featured in the RIBA Journal

19th January

Find out more about our project team’s approach to fire safety compliance on 36-38 Berkeley Square in a new article by the RIBA Journal.

Due for completion in 2024, the new nine-storey, 85,000 sq ft commercial office building in London’s Mayfair utilises several low carbon solutions, including a hybrid steel and exposed cross-laminated timber (CLT) frame with exposed timber floors and soffits.

Elliot Wood Partnership worked with a team of specialists, including a group of engineers from ETH Zurich called Ignis, to develop an innovative fire safety strategy based on detailed calculations and a focus on upfront design.
