NLA Workplaces Winner

Piercy&Company's co-working scheme Spring Place has won the NLA Workplaces (Unbuilt) Award.

The scheme, for clients Fora and Brockton Capital, will replace a dilapidated car workshop in Kentish Town with 6 storeys of flexible work space. The ground floor will include a public café, flexible co-working space as well as meeting spaces and an open courtyard adjacent to the railway arches.

The New London Award Judges commented:

"The project provides a useful sequence of spaces that cater both to the more community type workplace activities that are becoming more common today, and also targeted individual work".
