Planning Approval for Vine Hill

Piercy&Company are pleased to announce that the London Borough of Camden has unanimously granted planning permission for our Vine Hill scheme within Clerkenwell's Hatton Garden Conservation Area. The project will deliver a new 146 room boutique hotel, nine high quality affordable housing units and the restoration and extension of the historic Ragged School building for use as offices.
