Crane Building

A warm and inviting flexible office space, characterised by an emphasis on hospitality and connectivity to outdoor spaces. This space, occupying the fifth floor of the Crane Building in London’s Southwark, forms part of Dorrington’s growing portfolio of ready-to-go workspaces.

A generous terrace is an integral part of the fifth floor workplace. Furnished to support a mix of social, collaborative and work functions in the warmer months and generously planted with evergreens to provide a plant rich outlook for the office floor all year round.

Inside, a thread of collaborative and hospitality spaces runs alongside the terrace. Collaborative tables, lounge areas, kitchen and dining spaces offer an informal mix of work and social environments, offering variation and choice for employees.

In the centre of the floor is a dark stained oak clad suite of meeting rooms and private focus spaces, accessed directly from the work floor.
