Piercy&Company are a part of a six-architect team working on the regeneration of the Olympic Park Area in East London. The East Wick and Sweetwater neighbourhoods will define a considerable proportion of the western frontage of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the eastern frontage of the proposed River Lea Navigation Canal Park.

Piercy&Company’s plots are spread across three phases of the masterplan and include market, Private Rented Sector (PRS) and affordable tenures. Piercy&Company are working on 11 terraced houses and 73 apartments which aim to meet the diverse needs of 21st century urban living. The robust brick and strong forms of the architecture echo the industrial heritage of Hackney Wick.

Sheppard Robson and Studio Egret West are joint masterplanners, with Piercy&Company working alongside Astudio, Alison Brookes Architects, Shedkm and Fabrik.
