Piercy&Company awarded Office Architect of the Year 2025

We are delighted to share that Piercy&Company has been named BD Office Architect of the Year 2025! This recognition reflects our belief that workplaces deserve the design ambition of cultural and civic buildings and our commitment to creating offices that contribute positively to the life of the city.

The judges said: “Piercy&Company impressed with consistently high architectural quality and a civic-minded approach to office design. Their work sets a new benchmark for the sector, redefining how workplaces contribute meaningfully to the urban fabric of our cities.”

Our entry brought together four workplaces: Xylo in Clerkenwell, 38 Berkeley Square in Mayfair, the deep retrofit of One Millennium Bridge, and The Jellicoe, part of a mixed-use new build in King’s Cross. Together, they reflect a consistent approach to working with context, structure, and the existing city. At Xylo and 38 Berkeley Square we explored the potential of timber-led construction to reduce environmental impact and create warm, natural working environments. The transformation of One Millennium Bridge focused on adapting an existing building to meet the needs of today’s occupiers. The Jellicoe carries these ideas into a wider mixed-use neighbourhood at King’s Cross, contributing to a more connected and generous urban setting.
