Piercy&Company wins planning for Drury Lane

29th April

Piercy&Company’s residential-led, mixed use scheme for Helical Bar received planning approval from Westminster City Council on Tuesday 12th April.

The site extends over an entire urban block, currently containing a mix of nineteenth century buildings and post-war buildings. The scheme will retain and refurbish the nineteenth century buildings and replace the tired twentieth century office buildings with new residential elements.

Piercy&Company approached this complex site with an idea that it might feel like four incrementally designed and built buildings, each with their own depth, height and character but part of the whole texture and grain of Covent Garden.
